Embossing process

Embossing techniques are commonly used on fabrics, plastic sheets, films, aluminum foil, leather, hardboards, wallpapers, floor tiles, glass, and paper to create embossed patterns, enhancing the aesthetic appeal of products, improving anti-counterfeiting measures, and protecting trademarks. Different patterns can be developed according to customer requirements. Because we produce fabrics, all fabric embossing will be discussed later; other applications may vary slightly.

Why pre-treat fabrics for shrinkage before lamination?

Because the fabric is composite, generally composed of two or more fabrics, the shrinkage rate of the two fabrics needs to be similar, differing by about 1%. If the difference is too large, it will appear as previous customer feedback. The recombined fabric looks beautiful, but once it encounters water, its original shape is revealed and cannot be recovered. Because most fabrics that need washing are relatively quick, once rework is required, the probability of rework is very low.

The driving forces behind the development of garment accessories

Currently, 80% of the elastic bands globally are "Made in China"; high-quality domestic clothing brands have begun to use a large number of domestically produced elastic bands; button factories in many developed countries have basically ceased production, with a large amount of production capacity transferred to China... These phenomena indicate that China's garment accessory industry has continued to grow and has become an undeniable fact. However, behind this positive situation, there are also some phenomena worth considering. These phenomena show that the accessory industry has even broader development space. Let's interpret these phenomena one by one.
